By sponsoring the event you benefit from an extensive pre-event marketing campaign which will give your organisation the kind of exposure you deserve. As a sponsor your logo will appear on all promotional brochures, advertisements and websites.
DECX Europe is intensively marketed in the months prior to the event. We are working together with some of the leading industry associations to ensure broad exposure of the event. In addition, more than 8.000 conference programmes will be distributed in the run-up to the event.
The event provides a networking platform for decision-makers. You will have numerous opportunities to interact with fellow delegates during social functions, including lunches, a cocktail reception, diner and coffee breaks.
Each sponsorship will include at least:
- Acknowledgement of sponsor status and logo on all to be published promotional material prior to the event, including the final conference programme (8.000 mailing)
- Acknowledgement in the official show documentation, with your company logo and company description
- A table top to exhibit products and services
- Hyperlink from the conference website www.decx-europe.com
- Company brochure to be inserted in the conference bags
- Prominent signs with logo in the conference area
- Complete delegate list (including complete contact details) for after show marketing activities.
